How & why did you start:
I stopped playing floorball and I wanted to do something new & different. CrossFit was not my first choice because I had a long background in group sport, and first I thought CrossFit more like Body Pump type group training. It wasn’t until my parents persuaded me to try out and signed in for an OnRamp course.
Your coolest sport memory:
In elementary school, I lost in the country skiing competition by one second. I practiced a lot and wanted to improve and next year, I won by one minute.
Your biggest goal:
After some injuries, I want to learn to train in a way that doesn’t break me. I’m not obsessed with qualifying for competitions but I want to listen to my body. My biggest aim is to train without injuries.
You don’t need to make coffee because of me.
