The Népra order process has the following steps:
1. You need to add one or more items to the chart. If you want to continue purchasing you can close the cart by pressing “x”. You will find the added items under the cart icon.
2. When you are done with shopping and you have opened your cart, the next step is to press, “Check out”.
3. It is time to fill out your customer information: email & billing address. Press: “Choose payment method”.
4. The next step is to choose payment methods. All our payment methods are provided by Maksuturva Group. Press: “Review order”.
Once you have reviewed your order, press: “Complete order”. The website will redirect you to Maksuturva secured website in order to choose the payment method.
5. You can choose your payment method and complete the payment. The starting language might be Finnish, but you can change the language preference on the top of the website.
All our payment methods are provided by Finnish third party Maksuturva Group. They provide credit & debit card payments via Visa and MasterCard, all Finnish online bank options and PayPal.
We send out the deliveries normally on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Our goal is to deliver so that you’ll get your items in 1-3 days. However, in the case that we send the items from Finland to other parts of Europe the delivery takes 5-7 days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We hope you are happy with your Népra purchase. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them.
After purchasing your item(s), you will get Order Confirmation via e-mail. You will find a link to your Return Form on that e-mail. Please print it out and fill it before returning your item(s).
We recommend you to contact us before returning your items so we can prepare the items for your exchange or get ready to refund.
Instruction for the return:
- Find a link to your Return Form (PDF) in your Order Confirmation e-mail.
- Please print the Return Form and fill out the information.
- Attach the Return Form with your returned item(s).
- The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging in perfect condition.
- Please provide us with your IBAN and BIC.

4. Find out your "Helposti-koodi" for free return
5. Attach the code to your parcel
6. Return the parcel to the post
1. Contact us so that we can send you the return label.
2. Attach the prepaid return label to your parcel.
- You may also change the item - please, contact us so that we can prepare the items for your return.
NOTE: After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will refund your payment to your bank account. Refund times depend on your bank.
If you do not return the purchase within 14 days, we reserve the right not to accept it.
