Pre-order means that the product is not in stock nor available for immediate delivery. A customer can order a product before or while the product is being manufactured. Pre-orders allow us to produce more responsibly and help us to meet demand better.

The standard return policy also applies to pre-orders. You can return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it.
