Normally, the orders that come in before 12:00 (GTM+2) are sent out on the same day, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Inside Finland, the delivery takes 1-3 days. In other parts of Europe, you can expect your parcel to arrive in 5-7 days after receiving the delivery confirmation per e-mail.
To avoid excessive shipping and save nature, we hope you choose your item(s) carefully and check the size guide for each item before choosing your size the first time. However, we understand that buying online can be tricky, and sometimes the item is not as expected, no matter how thoughtful we make purchases.
This is why, we offer you a free return if, for any reason whatsoever, you are dissatisfied with your order. You can return or exchange purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging in perfect condition.
If you want to exchange or return your item(s), contact us before returning the parcel so we can prepare the items for your exchange or get ready to refund.

Note! If your package came from DB Schenker, please make the return also by DB Schenker. Original shipping label works also as return label.
NOTE: After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will refund your payment to the payment method used in the order or your bank account.
If you do not return the purchase within 14 days, we reserve the right not to accept it. After returning your item, please allow 2 weeks for us to handle your return.
We cannot give you a strict guarantee time. However, Népra items are handcrafted and manufacturing mistakes happen. If you notice a mistake in your item, we advise you to contact us without delay at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: the way you take care of your item, can either prolong or shorten the life span of the garment. Please take good care of your Népras.
