    All orders are shipped from Finland (part of the European Union).

    In Finland

    Posti, Pikkupaketti – 4,90€ (delivered to a mail box)
    Posti, Postipaketti – 4,90€ (delivered to a pick-up point)
    Posti, Kotipaketti – 10,90€ (home delivery)
    Shipping is free in Finland for orders over 100€ (Does not include home delivery)

    Note! If you have received free delivery charges for an order over 100€ and the order is returned so that the total amount of the order is less than 100€, we will deduct the original delivery costs from the refundable amount.

    DHL Express – 9,90€

    Other Countries

    Unfortunately, we do not deliver to other countries at the moment.

    DELIVERY TIME 

    Normally, the orders that come in before 12:00 (EET) are sent out on the same day, excluding public holidays and weekends.

    Inside Finland, the delivery takes 1-3 days. In other parts of Europe, you can expect your parcel to arrive in 5-7 days after receiving the delivery confirmation per e-mail.

    PACKAGING

    We deliver all orders in plastic-free shipping packages.
    Orders are packed in a cardboard mail bag or cardboard box. Packages are recyclable. 

    RETURN

    To avoid excessive shipping and save nature, we hope you choose your item(s) carefully and check the size guide for each item before choosing your size the first time. However, we understand that buying online can be tricky, and sometimes the item is not as expected, no matter how thoughtful we make purchases.

    You can return purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging in perfect condition. Gift cards are not refundable.
    We offer free returns in Finland and the EU. In other countries, please contact your local delivery office to find out the cost of your return.

    EXCHANGE

    Products purchased via our online store cannot be exchanged directly. Instead, you will need to order the new product and return the original. Contact us to receive a free shipping code for your new order. Let us know if you've purchased your product using a discount code, or during a campaign, so we can add those to your new order as well.

    In Finland:

    You can make a return by sending the product back to us using the instructions below.
      1. Pack the item(s) in the parcel

      2. Include the original packing slip or a handwritten note with your order number in the parcel. This is just to help our warehouse identify the returned order.

      3. Attach the prepaid return label to your parcel. 
        If you have not received a return label, return your parcel using Posti return code and following address:

      4. Return the parcel to the Posti & save the receipt of the shipping. 

    After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will refund your payment to the payment method used in the order. It can take up to 2 weeks to process your refund. You will receive a refund notification in your email once the refund has been processed. 
    If you do not return the purchase within 14 days, we reserve the right not to accept it. 

    Note! If you have received free delivery charges based on the total amount of the order, but the order is returned with the remaining value below the amount requested, we will deduct the original delivery charges from the amount to be refunded.

    • Contact us on customercare@wearnepra.com so that we can send you the return label and give you detailed instructions for returning from your country.

    After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will refund your payment to the payment method used in the order. It can take up to 3 weeks to process your refund (includes parcel shipment to warehouse). You will receive a refund notification in your email once the refund has been processed. 
    If you do not return the purchase within 14 days, we reserve the right not to accept it.

    GUARANTEE & RECLAMATION

    We cannot give you a strict guarantee time. However, Népra items are handcrafted and manufacturing mistakes happen. If you notice a mistake in your item, we advise you to fill in the reclamation form here.

    Note: the way you take care of your item, can either prolong or shorten the life span of the garment. Please take good care of your Népras.
